§ 17-29b-2

17:29B-2. Definitions When used in this act: (a) 'Person' shall mean any individual, corporation, association, partnership, reciprocal exchange, inter-insurer, Lloyds insurer, fraternal benefit society, and any other legal entity engaged in the business of insurance, including agents, brokers and adjusters. (b) 'Commissioner' shall mean the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance of this State. L.1947, c. 379, p. 1200, s. 2.
