Payment of taxes Taxes required to be paid pursuant to P.L.1945, c.132 (C.54:18A-1 et seq.) on premiums earned by the association on or after the effective date of P.L.1990, c.8 (C.17:33B-1 et al.) shall be paid by the association to the State Treasurer and shall be credited to the New Jersey Automobile Insurance Guaranty Fund created by section 23 of P.L.1990, c.8 (C.17:33B-5).
