17:37A-24. Entry upon lands for examination The agents and employees of any insurer of this State participating in a plan established pursuant to this act may enter upon any lands and premises in the State for the purpose of making such examination as is necessary or convenient for the purposes of this act and such entry shall not be deemed a trespass, except that the insurer shall make reimbursement for any actual damages resulting to such lands and premises as a result of such activity.
