17:46B-38. Permitted division of fees Nothing in this act prohibits the division of fees and charges between or among two or more title insurance companies or between or among one or more title insurance companies and one or more title insurance agents representing the same title insurance company, or between or among two or more title insurance agents representing the same title insurance company.
