§ 17-46b-40

17:46B-40. Enforcement The commissioner shall have the full authority, and it shall be his duty, to enforce the provisions of sections 34 through 39 of this act ^1^ and to carry out the full intent thereof through the adoption of appropriate rules and regulations and the issuance of orders.
