17:46B-61. Repealer All laws and parts of laws in conflict with the provisions of this act are hereby repealed insofar as they may be or have been applicable to the business of title insurance, title insurance companies, title insurance agents, or title insurance rating organizations; and, in case conflict should develop, the provisions of this act shall control and be effective.
