17:48A-19.1 Definitions. 16. As used in sections 16 through 20 of P.L.2014, c.81 (C.17:48A-19.1 through C.17:48A-19.5): 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance. 'Medical service corporation' means an entity authorized to transact business in this State pursuant to P.L.1940, c.74 (C.17:48A-1 et seq.). L.2014, c.81, s.16.
