17:48C-28.1 Definitions. 21. As used in sections 21 through 25 of P.L.2014, c.81 (C.17:48C-28.1 through C.17:48C-28.5): 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance. 'Dental service corporation' means an entity authorized to transact business in this State pursuant to P.L.1968, c.305 (C.17:48C-1 et seq.). L.2014, c.81, s.21.
