17:48E-37.1 Definitions. 31. As used in sections 31 through 35 of P.L.2014, c.81 (C.17:48E-37.1 through C.17:48E-37.5): 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance. 'Health service corporation' means an entity authorized to transact business in this State pursuant to P.L.1985, c.236 (C.17:48E-1 et seq.). L.2014, c.81, s.31.
