17:9A-174. Application of article A. The provisions of this article shall apply to the investment of the funds of all savings banks. All investments of money and all sales and transfers of securities may be made as provided in this article, notwithstanding any provision in the certificate of incorporation prescribing the number of managers who shall act in the investment of money and the sale or transfer of securities. B. The powers conferred by this article shall be cumulative, and an investment or loan made pursuant to one section or subsection hereof shall not abridge the power to make an investment or loan pursuant to any other section or subsection.
