17:9A-2.1. Authority of commissioner relative to out-of-State supervisor 27. The commissioner is authorized to enter into contracts with bank supervisors of other states for the purpose of establishing effective and efficient supervisory and regulatory structures and practices with respect to the provisions of sections 1 through 26 of this 1996 amendatory and supplementary act.
