17:9A-252. Definitions For the purposes of this article, (1) 'bank' shall mean a bank or savings bank; (2) 'board of directors' shall include the board of directors of a bank and the board of managers of a savings bank; and (3) 'director' shall include a director of a bank and a manager of a savings bank.
