17:9A-456. Commercial lending company, functions permitted 75. A commercial lending company which is licensed to establish a commercial lending office may, subject to such regulations or orders as the commissioner may prescribe, engage in representational functions at the commercial lending office for a foreign bank but shall not solicit or accept deposits or credit balances or otherwise transact business at the office on behalf of a foreign bank.
