§ 17-9a-59-12

17:9A-59.12. Violation of limitations upon liability; penalty For a violation of section 11 of this act, the bank shall forfeit all interest on so much of the aggregate of all advance loans made to any one person as exceeds the limitations imposed by the said sections.
