§ 17-9a-59-38

17:9A-59.38. Application of act Nothing in this act applies to any loan or extension of credit which a bank may make pursuant to any other law of this State or any regulation promulgated pursuant to such law, nor does this act apply to any loan or extension of credit otherwise authorized or not prohibited by law, or otherwise enforceable at law.
