17:13-73.7. Exemption from insurance requirements of Credit Union Act of 1984 The corporate credit union shall be exempt from the share and deposit insurance requirements of 'The Credit Union Act of 1984,' P.L.1984, c. 171 sections 2 to 46 (C. 17:13-80 to C. 17:13-124). L.1984, c. 171, s. 56, eff. Oct. 31, 1984.
