§ 17-13-74

17:13-74. Conversion to or from a federal credit union A credit union organized under the provisions of this act may convert to operation as a Federal Credit Union, or a Federal Credit Union may convert to a credit union operating under the provisions of this act, without undergoing dissolution or liquidation.
