17:13-92.1 Credit unions approved for inclusion of more than one group; continuation permitted. 5. A credit union that has been approved to include more than one group within its field of membership prior to the effective date of this act may continue to operate in accordance with that approval, provided however, that any change to its field of membership after the effective date of this act shall be subject to the provisions of this act.
