Appropriation There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Banking and Insurance for the fiscal year 1959-60 the sum of $35,000.00 for the purpose of discharging the functions of the Surplus Lines Examining Office and the payment of salaries and expenses incurred in connection therewith.
