17:24-14. Budget estimate The Commissioner of Banking and Insurance shall periodically obtain from such Committee on Valuation of Securities a verified budget estimate of the receipts and of the expenses to be incurred by the committee for a stated period, not exceeding one year, with appropriate explanations of the estimates therein contained.
