17:24-35 Authority of commissioner. 8. The commissioner shall have the authority to: a. Review any investment pool agreement and disapprove that agreement if it does not comply with the provisions of this act; b. Review the operation of any investment pool and order compliance with this act; and c. Disallow, as an admitted asset, any investment not in compliance with the provisions of this act.
