17:27-5A. Partial invalidity In case, for any reason, any section, part of section, clause or provision of this act shall be questioned in any court, and determined to be unconstitutional or invalid, then in that event all the provisions of the entire sections 17:27-3, 4 and 5, shall likewise become invalid and inoperative and of no force and effect, it being the intention that this act shall be effective in its entirety only and not otherwise.
