17:38-1.2. Law applicable Section 17B:26-2 of Title 17B shall not apply to fraternal benefit societies nor shall that part of section 17B:26-4 apply which requires that the policy, including the endorsements and the attached papers, if any, constitutes the entire contract of insurance.
