17:48-1.4. Application The provisions of this act shall be applicable to contracts heretofore made under the authority of the act to which this act is a supplement, as well as to such contracts as may be hereafter made and, in the case of existing contracts, supplementary contracts may be made to include provisions authorized by this act.
