17:52-4. Certification of statement The statement submitted pursuant to section 3 of this act shall be signed and certified by any 2 of the incorporators, and shall state that the contents thereof, insofar as they relate to matters within the knowledge of the signers, are true; and that, insofar as they relate to matters not within their knowledge, the signers believe them to be true.
