Home health care; requirement for provisions for coverage Notwithstanding any provision of a policy of health insurance, hereafter delivered or issued for delivery in this State, whenever such policy provides coverage for inpatient hospital care or skilled nursing facility care, it shall also provide coverage for home health care.
