17B:27-51.10c. Rules and regulations Within 120 days of the effective date of this act, the Commissioner of the Department of Insurance shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purpose of this act, including procedures for notice to covered persons, employers and other organizations of the provisions of this act.
