17B:27A-16.2. Adoption of temporary plan of operation 9. a. The commissioner shall, under the procedures provided pursuant to section 7 of P.L.1993, c.164, adopt a temporary plan of operation prepared pursuant to section 9 of P.L.1992, c.161 (C.17B:27A-10), pending submission or approval of a plan of operation prepared by the board pursuant to that section 9. b. Subsequent amendments to the plan of operation shall be reviewed and approved by the commissioner pursuant to the procedures provided in sections 7 and 8 of P.L.1993, c.164 (C.17B:27A-16.1), as applicable.
