17B:27A-47. Coverage obtained through out-of-State trust, compliance required 12. Group hospital or medical coverage obtained through an out-of-State trust covering a group of 49 or fewer employees or participating persons who are residents of this State shall comply with the provisions of P.L.1992, c.162 (C.17B:27A-17 et seq.), regardless of the situs of delivery of the policy.
