18A:13-2. Types of regional districts Regional school districts shall be of two types: a. 'all purpose regional districts' organized for all the school purposes of the municipalities included within such regional districts; b. 'limited purpose regional districts' organized to provide and operate in the territory comprised within such districts one or more of the following: elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools, vocational schools, special schools, health facilities or particular educational services or facilities.
