18A:13-75. Board of education The members of the board of education of the all purpose regional district shall continue in office until the withdrawal of the municipality becomes effective. When the withdrawal takes effect, the terms of those members of the regional board who reside in the withdrawing municipality shall expire, and the vacancies occurring shall be reapportioned among the remaining municipalities and filled by appointment by the county superintendent to serve until the next annual school election of the all purpose regional district, at which time their successors shall be elected in accordance with the reapportionment.
