§ 18a-16-20

18A:16-20. Multiple coverage; summary of cost of each coverage to be furnished to board In the event an insurance company issues a group insurance policy to a local board of education which includes two or more of the coverages authorized under this act, such insurance company shall at the end of each policy year furnish to the local board of education a summary of the cost of each such coverage.
