Secretary; annual report The secretary shall, at the close of each fiscal year, present to the board a detailed report of its financial transactions during such year and file such copies thereof with the county superintendent as shall be required by the commissioner and he shall also make report on or before August 1 of each year of such matters, in such manner and form, as shall be prescribed by the commissioner.
