18A:17-51 Applicant to provide certification documentation. 3. A board of education shall require any applicant for a permanent position as a buildings and grounds supervisor to provide documentation that he is a certified educational facilities manager who has received an authorization from the Department of Education pursuant to section 2 of P.L.2013, c.47 (C.18A:17-53).
