§ 18a-18b-10

18A:18B-10. Current expense item A board of education which enters into a contract pursuant to this act is authorized to pay the premiums required by that contract and shall include the funds necessary for the payment of these premiums as a current expense item in the annual school budget prepared and submitted to the board of school estimate pursuant to N.J.S. 18A:54-28.
