18A:18B-7.1. Rules, regulations 5. Within 180 days after the effective date of this 1995 amendatory and supplementary act, the Commissioner of Insurance shall promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate its purposes pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.). The rules and regulations shall include, the not be limited to, the establishment, operation, modification and dissolution of school board insurance funds established pursuant to the provisions of this 1995 amendatory and supplementary act.
