18A:18B-9. Minimum contract terms Any contract entered into between the board and the governing body of the fund shall, at a minimum, specify the type and scope of coverage to be afforded, the premium basis for all insurance carried, and the terms and conditions for withdrawal by the board of education from the insurance fund.
