§ 18a-20-8-1

18A:20-8.1 Transfer of land for vocational school purposes. 1. Except as otherwise provided pursuant to section 14 of P.L.2007, c.137 (C.18A:7G-45), the board of education of any school district or regional school district may, by resolution, transfer land to the board of education of a county vocational school district for the purpose of constructing a vocational school on such land.
