18A:24-47. Payment to custodian; application The proceeds of any bonds authorized and issued under this chapter shall be paid to the custodian of school moneys of the district, who shall, in no event, disburse them except to pay the expenses of issuing and selling the bonds and for the purpose or purposes for which the bonds were issued and for temporary investment as and in the manner prescribed by law, pending the carrying out of the purpose or purposes for which the bonds were issued and for such other purpose or purposes as are prescribed in this article.
