18A:24-56. Lien of bonds of type II district Obligations of a type II school district, issued pursuant to this chapter, shall be a lien upon the real estate situate in the district, the personal estates of the inhabitants of the district and the property of the district, and such estates and property shall be liable for the payment thereof.
