18A:24-68. Purpose of act It is the purpose of this act to stabilize the values of school bonds issued hereunder, and to provide means for reducing administrative costs by a sufficient degree to permit purchase thereof by the public in small denominations, in order to make it feasible for the general public to provide financing for such bond issues.
