§ 18a-24-75

18A:24-75. Municipal ordinance for guaranty; authorization Every municipality within or part of the school district of the issuing board is hereby authorized to adopt an ordinance containing a guaranty of bonds issued under this act. L.1971, c. 36, s. 10, eff. March 4, 1971.
