18A:26-11. Interstate agreement on qualification of educational personnel; enactment The interstate agreement on qualification of educational personnel contained herein is hereby enacted into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein in substantially the same form, to apply to all teaching staff members who must meet requirements of certification pursuant to section 1 of chapter 1 and sections 1 and 2 of chapter 26 of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes.
