18A:26-2.16 Eligibility for standard educational services certificate with school counselor endorsement. 2. Beginning with the 2015-2016 school year, in order to be eligible for the standard educational services certificate with a school counselor endorsement, a candidate shall satisfactorily complete programming to improve student career readiness.
