18A:26-2.7. Rules 2. The State Board of Education shall promulgate rules pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act, including the development of the requirements for the technology education endorsement which shall be aligned with the core curriculum content standards.
