Certificates required for employment of teaching staff members in districts having city district examiners No teaching staff member shall be employed in any of the schools of a district having a district board of examiners unless he shall be issued a certificate by said board and holds an appropriate certificate issued by the state board of examiners or the county superintendent of schools of the county.
