§ 18a-28-7-d-1

18A:28-7 1957, c. 181, s. 4 (C. 18:14-64.1d) 4. Section 18:14-64.1 of the Revised Statutes is repealed, provided that the repeal of the said act shall not in any manner affect any tenure of service or tenure of service rights to which any person was entitled thereunder on the effective date of this act but said tenure of service and tenure of service rights shall continue with the same force and effect as though said act had not been repealed.
