§ 18a-3-15-5

18A:3-15.5. Civil penalty Any person who violates any provision of this act is liable to a civil penalty of $1,000.00 for each offense, which shall be collected pursuant to the provisions of 'the penalty enforcement law,' N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq. L. 1986, c. 87, s. 5, eff. Aug. 14, 1986.
