18A:33-1.2. Rules and regulations The State Board of Education shall develop rules and regulations for the approval of substandard emergency building facilities for the accommodation of school pupils which regulations shall insure that the buildings meet health, safety and educational standards and that the utilization of the facilities are of a temporary and limited nature.
