18A:33-27.4 Costs borne by State. 3. The State shall bear any costs not reimbursed by the federal government which are incurred by the school districts in effectuating the provisions of this act. The State shall maximize the waiver flexibilities being provided by the federal government to address the loss of meals for low-income children due to COVID-19-related school closures.
